All properties rent at £75 per week per person, all within easy reach of the University of Brighton, the Nursing School and the South Downs College.

All properties have fridge, freezer, washing machine (the 5 bed house has a dishwasher too!) as well as Wireless Broadband. Utilities and Water are extra and differ per property.
